Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Application: Refers to the software provided by Agentrio.AI that is downloaded on any electronic device.
• Application Store: The digital distribution service, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, where the Application is available.
• Account: A unique account created for You to access our Service.
• Company: Refers to Agentrio.AI, located at 748/223 Preuksa Village 19, Soi Mahachai 1, Bangna-Trad Road, Bangpli District, Bangpli yai Subdistrict, Samut Prakarn, 10540.
• Content: Refers to the text, images, or other materials that can be uploaded, posted, or linked to within the Service.
• Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Service: Refers to the Agentrio.AI application and its features.
• You: Refers to the individual using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf the Service is being accessed.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of the Agentrio.AI Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

You confirm that you are over 18 years old. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Placing Orders for Services

When placing an Order for Services, You agree that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information for any purchases made via the Service.

Cancellations and Refunds

Agentrio.AI reserves the right to refuse or cancel Orders for several reasons, such as:

• Service availability.
• Errors in pricing or descriptions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may refer to the refund policy in the case of eligible refunds. Returned services must be in the same condition as received, and refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return request.

Subscription Services

Certain features of Agentrio.AI are available via subscription, billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Free Trials

Agentrio.AI may offer Free Trials for certain subscription-based services. These trials are subject to the same terms as paid subscriptions, and at the end of the trial period, your account may be charged unless you cancel.

Content

You are responsible for any Content that you post or upload via the Service. By posting Content, You grant Agentrio.AI a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and display your Content. Agentrio.AI reserves the right to remove inappropriate or unlawful content.

Intellectual Property

Agentrio.AI and its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material provided within the Service. You may not use our content without prior permission.

Limitation of Liability

Agentrio.AI and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Termination

Agentrio.AI reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without notice if You violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, You will no longer have access to the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
