An AI agent is a virtual assistant that uses artificial intelligence to automate communication with your customers. It can answer questions, provide information about your products/services, schedule appointments, and handle basic customer support tasks 24/7. AI agents are trained on your knowledge base and can communicate on various platforms such as Facebook, Telegram, LINE, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Can the AI agent answer questions about my business/industry?
Yes! AI agents are designed to be experts in your specific industry and business. You can train them with information about your products, services, prices, policies, procedures, and everything important to your customers. The more relevant information you add to the knowledge base, the more accurate and useful the AI agent will be for your customers.
How is an AI agent trained to give adequate answers?
The AI agent is trained through a knowledge base that you create. You can add various types of content:
  • Documents: DOCX, PDF, XLS, TXT and other formats
  • Websites: The agent can analyze website content you specify and extract relevant data

Yes! With the "Human Handoff" feature, you can take control of the conversation at any time. The AI agent will provide you with the conversation history, and you can continue communication directly with the user.
What is lead generation through an AI agent and how does it work?
Lead generation is a functionality that enables your AI agent to automatically collect information about potential customers during chat conversations. You define specific fields (name, email, phone, company, etc.) and conditions when the agent should collect this information. When the conditions are met, the agent will naturally ask the user for the required data and automatically save the lead in the system, and you will receive notification via email. This functionality is especially useful for sales, marketing, and CRM integrations.
What are custom functions?
Custom functions enable your AI agent to call external APIs and perform specific actions during conversations. For example, the agent can:

Services are provided and the contract is concluded exclusively with Agentrio.

Who calculates taxes when I pay for a service on the Agentrio platform?
All taxes are calculated by Agentrio according to our rules and regulations of competent jurisdictions.

What data does Agentrio.ai collect and for what purposes?
Agentrio.ai collects minimal technical data (IP, access time, URL, browser type) for security and website functionality, as well as data from the contact form to respond to your inquiry. We do not collect payment data or content from the Agentrio platform.
How can I exercise my rights (access, deletion, objection) regarding data on Agentrio.ai?

Does Agentrio.ai use cookies and is user consent required?

Who issues invoices and whom should I contact for refunds or complaints?
Invoices are issued by Agentrio (or our payment processor). For subscription cancellations, refunds and complaints, the rules from our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply.
Where are the servers located and is data transferred outside the EU?
Agentrio.ai may use hosting/CDN providers outside the EU, but technical logs are minimal and used for site security. Data processing within the Agentrio platform is governed by our rules, including international transfers and protective measures.
How do I get started?
You can register and immediately start using Agentrio. Each package offers all the necessary features for automating your communication. You can upgrade or change your package at any time.
Can I change my package at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or change your package at any time. The change is applied immediately, and the price difference is calculated proportionally.
What happens if I exceed the knowledge base character limit?
If you exceed the knowledge base character limit, you will be able to add more content only after upgrading to a higher package or deleting some existing content. The system automatically notifies you when you approach the limit.
How are credits for AI agents charged?
Credits are charged separately from the monthly subscription. The credit price depends on the chosen AI model and message content - text message, image, etc. You can top up credits at any time through your dashboard.
How many credits come with each package?
Each package includes monthly credits for using the AI agent:

Free package - $5 USD credit (valid for 14 days, for new users only)
Basic package - $10 USD monthly credit
Advance package - $40 USD monthly credit
Enterprise package - $100 USD monthly credit

Credits are automatically replenished every month. If you need more credits, you can top them up at any time through the dashboard.
Is there a discount for annual subscription?
Yes! Annual subscription comes with approximately 20% discount compared to monthly subscription. This is a great way to save money if you plan to use the platform long-term.
Which platforms does Agentrio support?
The Agentrio platform currently supports LINE, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and custom Website widget that you can easily integrate on your site. The platform is actively working on introducing Instagram and WhatsApp, but users will be timely informed about the date of introducing these services.
